We understand at Brockett Built that sometimes you need to cancel your order. Due to the nature of our products, being built to order. We have a NO RETURN, CANCEL, or REFUND policy once the order is placed. Once you place the order, it is YOURS! We do not handle any shipping damages. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our control.
