Refund policy

We understand at Brockett Built that sometimes life just happens, and you need to cancel your order. Considering the fact that we do not stock any products/builds on the shelf and they are custom made- we do not allow orders to be canceled. Material orders are placed too frequently to allow cancellations. Once you order sale is final! Please plan your purchase accordingly.

If you reach out and we approve your cancellation/refund:

Restocking fee of 12% on any and all cancellations/returns
Systems must not be ran through a heat cycle. No start up, revs, etc.
Reason for return obligated (e.g. damaged or wrong product)

If your order is approved for a refund- the process usually takes 1-3 days depending on your bank to reflect on your statement. Restocking fee will be accounted for.
