Description
Stop bending control arms
Steel bends and stays bent. 7075 T6 aircraft grade billet aluminum is a memory alloy, which means it flexes under load and snaps back to where it started. If you are tired of pulling a tweaked arm off the truck after every hard weekend, this is the fix.
Why 7075 T6
It is stronger than DOM tubing and significantly harder to bend, at roughly a third the weight of steel. It does not rust, so there is no wire wheel and paint ritual every spring. And because it is machined from solid billet rather than welded from tube, the threads are true and the tolerances are tight.
