P0420 & P0430 Fix for Lexus GX470 — 90° O2 Sensor Spacer

P0420 / P0430 Fix for Lexus GX470

GX470 owners know the drill: headers or Y-pipe go on, or the factory cats hit 150k, and the P0420 / P0430 light shows up like clockwork. The 4.7 2UZ-FE runs perfectly — the ECU just doesn't like what the rear O2 sensors are seeing.

The Fix: 90° O2 Sensor Spacer

The Brockett Built 90° O2 sensor spacer threads into the downstream O2 bung and moves the sensor out of the direct exhaust stream, so the ECU stops flagging catalyst efficiency. CNC-machined, M18x1.5, direct fit for Toyota/Lexus downstream sensors.

  • Two banks on the 2UZ — you need two spacers. The 2-Pack V8 Kit covers both sides.
  • 10-minute install per side. Downstream sensors only — never upstream.
  • 90° offset keeps the sensor tucked up for ground clearance — GX overlanders take note.
