KDSS Spacer Kit | Toyota 4Runner, Lexus GX470 & GX460 | Front, Rear or Both

You lifted a KDSS truck. Now the system is fighting you.

KDSS uses hydraulic cylinders to decouple your sway bars for articulation. When you lift the truck, the geometry changes and those cylinders end up preloaded and bound. The result is less suspension travel than you had stock, a harsher ride, and constant pressure on hydraulic cylinders that were never meant to sit loaded.

Spacers reset the KDSS system back to its neutral position at your new ride height, which is where it was engineered to work.

What correcting it gets you

• Travel back. Unbinds the sway bars so the system can decouple and flex the way it is supposed to
• Ride quality back. Removes the preload that makes a lifted KDSS truck ride harsh on pavement
• Protection. Takes the constant load off the hydraulic cylinders before they start leaking
• Stability. Restores predictable on road manners after a lift

Machined from 6061 aluminum. Every kit ships with Grade 10.9 JIS flange bolts, not hardware store bolts.

Available front only, rear only, or front and rear together. If you are chasing bind, the full set is the honest answer. Most lifts affect both ends.

Confirm your truck is actually KDSS equipped before ordering. Not every 4Runner and GX left the factory with it. If you are not sure, message us with your VIN and we will check it for you rather than let you buy the wrong part.
