90 Degree Split Y: 3D Printed 316L Stainless

One inlet splits into two outlets, and each outlet turns 90 degrees away from the other, so the two outlets point in opposite directions, 180 degrees apart. All three ends are the same OD and there are no straight legs. It is metal 3D printed in one piece from 316L stainless, so the split is three butt welds instead of a coped and fitted Y.

Built for fabricators

• Pick a 1D or 1.5D centerline radius. 1.5D is offered up to 3.5in OD; the 4in, 4.5in and 5in sizes come in 1D only.
• Tube OD from 1in to 5in.
• Body wall is 0.049in, with a 0.065in butt weld zone running 0.30in along the bend at each end, made for 0.065 wall (16 ga) tube.
• Welds to 304 or 316 stainless tube of the same OD.
• Bead blasted finish.
