Straight Transitions: 3D Printed 316L Stainless Reducers

Step a pipe up or down a size without rolling a cone or stacking reducers. Each transition is a one piece 316L stainless cone, metal 3D printed. Square cut both tubes, butt weld them on, and the size change is done in the shortest length that prints.

Built for fabricators

• Cone at 44 degrees to the pipe axis, the shortest cone that prints with no support.
• No straight section. The overall length is just the cone.
• Each end is a flat 0.065in ring at the tube OD, so 16 ga tube butts on flush.
• Wall is 0.047in, measured square to the cone.
• Sizes from 1in to 8in in half inch and 1 inch steps, plus 2in to 3.5in, 2in to 4in and 2.5in to 4in.
• Bead blasted finish.
