Description

Teardrop Twin Tips: 3D Printed 316L Stainless

One pipe in, two staggered teardrop tips out. Each Brockett Built teardrop twin tip is metal 3D printed in one piece from 316L stainless, with a honeycomb grille printed into each outlet and a long pointed lip on top of each tip.

No welding needed. The slotted slip fit inlet slides over your tailpipe and clamps on with the included band clamp, so the tip can be Cerakoted or powder coated before it goes on.

Overall dimensions

Per tip: width across both outlets, depth front to back, and length from the inlet to the end of the long tip. Left, right and pair are the same size; a pair is two tips.

  • 2.5in inlet to dual 3in: 6.0in wide, 3.0in deep, 9.4in long (tips staggered 0.86in)
  • 2.5in inlet to dual 3.5in: 7.0in wide, 3.5in deep, 11.0in long (tips staggered 1.0in)
  • 2.5in inlet to dual 4in: 8.0in wide, 4.0in deep, 11.7in long (tips staggered 0.75in)
  • 3in inlet to dual 3in: 6.0in wide, 3.2in deep, 9.0in long (tips staggered 0.86in)

The inlet slides over a 2.5in or 3in OD tailpipe with 1.5in of engagement.

Left, right or pair?

Stand behind the vehicle and look at the tips. Left means the longer tip is on the left. Right means the longer tip is on the right.

Running dual exhaust out both sides? Pick Pair (Left + Right) to get one of each in the same size, so the two sides mirror each other.

What's in the box

Single: one teardrop twin tip in the size and hand you pick, plus a band clamp.

Pair: one left and one right teardrop twin tip in the size you pick, plus two band clamps.

Install notes

  • Slide the tip over a clean tailpipe to the full 1.5in of engagement.
  • Tighten the included band clamp over the slotted section of the inlet.
  • Coat it first if you want a color: with no welding, a Cerakote or powder coat finish stays intact.
