Description
Printed Cope Junctions: 316L Stainless Tees and Laterals
Skip the coping. Each junction is a run tube with a same size branch already merged in at 45, 60 or 90 degrees, metal 3D printed in one piece from 316L stainless. Square cut three tubes, butt weld them on, and the junction is done. No coping, no window cutting, no fitting. Use it as an exhaust lateral (Y junction) at 45 or 60 degrees, or as a tee at 90 degrees.
Built for fabricators
- Open merge window: the branch flows straight into the run.
- Three straight 0.50in weld stubs: past the heel, past the toe and on the branch.
- Body wall is 0.049in. The last 0.30in of each weld end is 0.065in to match 16 ga tube.
- Rounded inside crotch, no knife edge between the bores.
- 45, 60 and 90 degree branches in 2in, 2.5in, 3in and 3.5in OD.
- Bead blasted finish.
The 90 degree junction also works as a side branch, for example a capped resonator neck.
Dimensions
Overall size of each junction: length along the run and height to the end of the branch. Width is the tube OD.
- 2in OD: 45° is 3.83in long x 3.77in tall, 60° is 3.31in long x 3.43in tall, 90° is 3.00in long x 2.50in tall.
- 2.5in OD: 45° is 4.54in long x 4.62in tall, 60° is 3.89in long x 4.18in tall, 90° is 3.50in long x 3.00in tall.
- 3in OD: 45° is 5.24in long x 5.47in tall, 60° is 4.47in long x 4.93in tall, 90° is 4.00in long x 3.50in tall.
- 3.5in OD: 45° is 5.95in long x 6.33in tall, 60° is 5.04in long x 5.68in tall, 90° is 4.50in long x 4.00in tall.
