Diesel Exhaust Tips: 5 Inch and 6 Inch Stainless Tips Built to Order
Diesel trucks run bigger tailpipes and want bigger tips. Our stainless exhaust tips go up to a 6in outlet with 4in and 5in inlets, and every one is TIG welded from 304 stainless in the USA and built to the length you ask for.
Sizes for diesel tailpipes
- Inlets: 4in and 5in for diesel tailpipes (2.36in through 3in inlets are also available for smaller pipes).
- Outlets: 5in and 6in for the big-tip look, plus 3in, 3.5in, and 4in.
- Length: you specify it in the order notes.

Why 304 stainless for diesel
304 is corrosion resistant and heat tolerant, which is why it is our standard material for daily-driven trucks. It holds a show-quality finish through salt, mud, and heat. Titanium tips top out at a 5in outlet, so if you want 6in, stainless is the one.

Installation
Slip-fit design with a heavy-duty clamp. No welding needed.
Custom sizes
We can build any custom size or configuration from 1.5in up to 6in. If your truck needs something not listed, add a note at checkout or reach out with your inlet, outlet, and length.
