Brockett Built offers private label manufacturing for automotive aftermarket brands, motorsports shops, and outfitters that need USA-made, hand-welded performance parts they can confidently put their own name on.
Every part we build for you is fabricated in our Illinois shop, on the same fixtures, using the same materials and the same process as our retail line. We don't outsource the welding, we don't farm out the QC, and we don't ship anything we wouldn't bolt to our own truck.

From your spec to your customer's driveway.
Concept.
Send us your application, vehicle platform, target spec, and target price point. We'll come back with a feasibility read and a rough timeline within a week.
Prototype.
We fixture-fit and TIG-weld a development unit on a real chassis. You approve fitment, finish, and packaging before we commit to production tooling.
Production.
Once the prototype is signed off, we run small-batch production on the same fixtures. Every unit hand-welded, machined flat at the flanges, and serialized.
Fulfillment.
Drop-ship to your customers under your label, or batch-ship to your warehouse. Branded packaging and inserts available on request.
What we can build under your label.
If we build it on the retail side, we can build it on the private label side. That includes headers, mid-pipes, Y-pipes, downpipes, catbacks, exhaust manifolds, intercooler piping, turbo manifolds, and one-off race fabrication.
Materials: 304 stainless steel, 321 stainless, titanium, aluminum, and mild steel. Finishes: raw, brushed, ceramic-coated (Cerakote in your spec color), or polished. We work in tube sizes from 1.5" up to 4" OD and handle wall thicknesses from .049 to .083.
We're set up for platforms we already know cold — the 2UZ-FE V8 family (GX470 / 4Runner V8 / Tundra), the 4.6L 1UR (GX460), 5R-FE (4Runner V6), the Lexus IS300 2JZ-GE, and modern Toyota / Lexus chassis. New platforms are evaluated case by case.

You need a one-off, a small production run, or replacements for a customer build program. We turn it around without the import lead time.

Overland, off-road, side-by-side, or marine. If your customers are abusing the part, ours is the one that'll come back.
